Functional and decorative metalfinishing

NanoMate®'s proprietary metal pretreatment solutions have been used for many different applications and have shown performance superior to other commercial processes. For pre-painting and pre-bonding applications, it can replace metal surface pretreatment as well as eliminate or decrease primer usage. NanoMate® coating solutions can be applied on materials such as metals, stone, ceramic, cement, plastics and glass. For anti-corrosive applications, it can eliminate or decrease heavy metal ion usage thereby eliminating or at least minimizing waste disposal requirement. Compliant with RoHS/WEEE/ELV/REACH, NanoMate® coating is an environment-friendly solution that improves functional and decorative performance.

Metallic luster and hardness offered by NanoMate® 5810 coating gives the substrate a glossy appearance and extended life cycle

These nano-ceramic hybrid coatings form strong chemical bonds with both metal surfaces and organic adhesives or paints. Typically there is a much stronger mechanical interlock than is realized between traditional anodized surfaces and topcoats. Its color coating is a good alternative for Titanium-Plating. Our StainlessZ product is another good example, it can replace stainless substrate with carbon steel, which gives you comptatible appearance and anti-corrosion performance while brings down your cost.
